'Place order and make payment' button is too hard to find - requires different placement

Description

The 'Place order and make payment' button is too hard to find. Perhaps it would be a good idea to place it directly below the amount field - on the right of the checkout page order form?

The Order Form is probably gonna be replaced by a MutliForm? which is currently what all the ShopOnline? sites are using. So the layout of the checkout page is gonna totally change.
