Longer Lang Strings are partially hidden in left frame blue title bars

Description
Simply removing the fixed height from the title bars causes causes the bottom collapsed sections to disappear if the top section wraps to a new line.
Some ways this can be fixed: 1. Use shorter lang strings for translations (not optimal) 2. Make the left frame wider. 3. Find way to allow wrapping.
