Make entities "reviewable" in i18nTranslator

Description

currently the lastedited-dates are compared (which is fine). but every entity in a form automatically saves as "reviewed"/"translated" regardless if the author changed anything (or even looked at the entity). we need more granularity here to explicitly mark an entity as reviewed (rather than batch-saving). i suggest adding a "Review passed"-checkbox on every entity which needs review.

After fixed ticket #1626, the reviewd check box appears for Needs-review entity, so the code has been there. I have played with it. It seems fine. I guess, this ticket should be closed as well.
