Choose a good default map location

Currently when you sign up to the forum with the GoogleMaps? module, it doesn't choose a location near you.

Use the GoogleMaps? API or geoip, to select a good default.

This means if people choose to skip locating themselves, we still have fairly good data on them :)

I would suggest that we use geoip if it's installed on the server.
