release flickr module properly

  • ensure works with ss2.2
  • update wiki documentation, README file, etc
  • get matt to SVN-tag it and make it .tar.gz
  • you do not need to add a flickr "widget" because blog module has this out of the box.

Updated the Flickr service to ensure the above needs. Plus there are few CMS interface changes and FlickrGallery? supports sorting the photos based on different criteria.

FlickrWidget? is modified so better to copy it from here to blog module.
