"Needs review" entities untranslatable

From Eric Dunkel: I tried the silverstripe 2.2 rc1 today and found some strings not translated in this version, but they are translated on the translation server. Those strings have a "needs review" status, and I think this will prevent those strings from being exported (I suppose the files from the translation server get exported via script ;) ). By the way, I can't change those strings in the "needs review" status, so thats your job ;).
