Description
Some links in the CMS are lowercase. The problem is that this is inconsistent. (i.e. we should always have Title or lowercase).
Examples to change to:
1. "Logout" in the footer 2. "Upload Files" and "New Folder" in the image popout
This should be in some guideline somehere, hint hint
