Position of Install Button

The position of the install button is confusing - it is at the top. If you scroll down to read the installer test messages, you are more likely to expect it to be at the bottom. However if you don't read the install messages it is more logical for it to be at the top. Consider either moving the install button to somewhere more logical, or to have two install buttons.

I suggest adding the second button and changing its id to install_button2. It requires a minor change in the inline javascript, too

I can't merge this patch - can you put together an updated patch based on the current trunk?

The patch seems to have included a lot of lines that aren't actually changed - that could be a reason for the failed merge?
