Make ecommerce translatable (i18n)

Description

The E-commerce module currently uses hardcoded strings all over te place. At a minimum the frontend should be able to speak the user's language.

Templates have been converted to translatable strings.

The translation server will soon be able to deal with translating modules like this, but essentially i18n support in ecommerce is complete for the front end templates.
