Scrollbar in side reports not showing properly in safari.

Scrollbar not displaying properly for the list of pages. Very minor issue. See the attached screenshot.

Another issue is that scrollbars are not appearing during image insertion. When an image is inserted into a page that does not have scrollbars, no scrollbars show up even if the content lies out of the page view. So, the only way to move down is to use the arrow keys. However, this does not happen when the page already has scrollbars. Or if some text is typed close to the image, scrollbars appear soon.

This has been around for a while; good one to fix.
