Internet Explorer Service Pack 1 System Specs: AMD AthlonXP 2.0Ghz, 256MB RAM, Windows XP SP1 WebServer?: Uniform Server 3.5 Apollo, PHP 5.2.3, MySQL 5.0.41-community-nt

#<Could not access "Files & Images" Section> Description: Could not access files and images section. It states it's loading but eventually times out.
