WidgetArea right side column doesn't stretch to be as tall as the container

Because the ul doesn't stretch, you can't drag a widget from the left to the right and have it added to the bottom - it misses the widget list on the right entirely.

You can test this out internally at SS at http://192.168.1.81/widget-test/admin - the 'Blog' page. Externally, the easiest way is to download all the widgets from the www.silverstripe.com/widgets site, and then scroll to the bottom of the list and try to drag one across.
