Weekly progress report

Currently Ingo is managing (and remembering) most of the translation status manually, for both responding to community and releasing new languages. This is not a viable longterm solution, so we should have some kind of report that shows current activity, e.g. in a week/month timeframe (with archive). Given that each modification in the system already has an author and a date, this should be pretty easy to create. Output to the website (rather than the CMS) would be preferred, as the community would be interested in this report as well.
