Creating a directory named 'assets' in F&I section causes images inserted via Site Content to fail

• Add a directory called 'assets'
• Upload some images
• Visit the Site Content page and add one of those images to the page.
  • Note that it shows up in the CMS when you add it, and it doesn't get removed when you save or publish, but when you visit the draft/published site or refresh the CMS, the image disappears.
