CMS - first help function

Description

For some of our users the CMS is still really confusing. It is like installing a completely new application on your PC that you have never used before and is different from all other applications.

When you click on Help, it would be nice to get a short "flash" video which shows the different part of the CMS (e.g. pages on the left, page content on the right, etc...) with the option to go through to the current detailed help (which I found a little confusing) for specific questions.

I agree, a help video would be nice. Is there anyone who has had experience putting demo videos together who could take this on?
