browsecap playing up

I posted on html.alt for some advice and I got the following reply:

Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /mnt/gs02/herd03/29059/domains/cloud9.co.nz/html/sapphire/misc/Browscap.php on line 272

This is scary, because the site works fine for me in safari, opera, IE and FF. I also think it should be line 270:

270: trim(strtolower($pattern), self::REGEX_DELIMITER), 271: $this->_userAgents[$key] 272: );

I will follow up.
