cheque message field type and form field do not match in e-commerce

Description

on the checkoutpage, the cheque message is of the text type, while it uses an html editor form field. The message should either be of the HTMLtext type OR the form field should be changed to a standard one. I recommend the former so that CMS Admins can include links in the copy

I just noticed that the same is true for the PurchaseComplete? message.
