Searching for text containing macrons/diacritical marks doesn't work

Description

If you have a page containing the text "Café", and you search for the text "Cafe", that page won't be found.

This also affects macron support, which is important for NZ sites.

It's possible that the fix in #2377 will also fix this, assuming that MySQL's full-text search supports them.
