Allow multi-form to start without the URL being set (we use a hidden field to identify session)

Perhaps we could allow the multi-form session to be setup by identifying it by the hidden field we set, instead of the URL all of the time.

The URL could then be used for someone to identify the session at a later date, say, if they wanted to come back later and finish the incomplete steps, for example. This would involve checking if there's a URL identifier set before checking the hidden field.
