Allow 'default to today' on date field, and in userdefinedform

Description
Allow a date field (when used in the CMS) to have a 'default to today' option, so that when you use this in the CMS it can allow more efficient and accurate administration work. (I've been wanting this for the CMS on silverstripe.com and have even asked Will to do this some months back)
Once done, add a checkbox in the UserDefinedForm? system so that when you add a Date field there, it can likewise default to today's date.
