Tree aesthetics

The current tree isn't as "pretty" as it could be. Two (hopefully) simple fixes (see right tree in screenshot attached) 1. For the "root" node, don't show any "expand / collapse" functionality or lines. it should always just be open (and really the root node should have a seperate icon..) 2. the last one is the "bottom" node for each "folder" should have an "elegent" end - the current onces inticate the are more filled below the last one in the list (again see right hand diagram)
