No description for corrosponding fields of the "Meta-data" tab in translation mode when editing a page in the CMS.

ISSUE:'

If a user is in translation mode on an i18n enabled website, there are no descriptions corresponding to the fields of the "Meta-data" tab. This is potentially confusing. SilverStripe? 2.2.2-RC5

STEPS TAKEN TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE

1) Create a new page in the primary language
2) Switch to alternate language with language dropdown box in bottom left hand pane
3) Select the "Meta-data" tab
4) No descriptions correspond to the respective field
